Head Women’s and Men’s Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, conditioning, and skill development for both the Women’s and Men’s volleyball teams
• Manage practice and game preparation for both programs
• Ensure strict adherence to the policies of Sarah Lawrence College, the Skyline Conference, and the NCAA
• Report directly to the Director of Athletics regarding program progress and administrative needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• High level of self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Coaching and administrative experience at the collegiate level
• Experience recruiting specifically for a private liberal arts college
• Master’s degree
