Head Waiter/Head Waitress

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
• Ensure smooth service flow and consistent service standards
• Welcome guests, manage seating, and oversee table service quality
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior staff
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and dining room readiness
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in fine dining; Italian concepts are a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
• Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
