Head Waiter

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
• Ensure smooth coordination between floor staff, kitchen, and bar teams
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest interaction
• Train new team members on service protocols and brand standards
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a premium hospitality venue
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
