Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department
- Deliver high-level guest food & beverage service
- Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through timely responses to enquiries
- Take responsibility for assigned duties in a professional manner
- Deliver on departmental plans and hotel initiatives
- Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
- Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements
Requirements
- Experience in food & beverage service (beneficial but not essential)
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
- Personal integrity and ability to work in an excellence-driven environment
- Experience working with IT systems
- Strong communication skills
