Responsibilities

• Lead the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Manage table assignments, dining flow, and service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate order delivery
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally
• Support training, daily briefings, and mentoring of junior staff

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent knowledge of service standards and dining etiquette
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
