Responsibilities

• Support restaurant management in daily operations as a reliable and trusted partner
• Represent the brand and ensure a high-quality, pleasant experience for all guests
• Prepare service shifts and manage team scheduling and instruction
• Coordinate and oversee the service team to maintain high standards
• Ensure compliance with internal service standards
• Handle daily cash accounting and closing procedures

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or long-term professional experience in a similar role
• Charming appearance and excellent manners
• A true passion for hospitality and being a host
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Proficiency in both German and English
