Head-up Guidance System Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-level and low-level software requirements and design
• Design, code, debug, and troubleshoot software solutions for Head-up Displays (HUD)
• Develop high-level and low-level tests and provide structural coverage analysis
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to create scalable and sustainable solutions
• Assist in building CI/CD pipelines and supporting deployments with DevOps teams

Requirements

• STEM degree or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Experience with software requirements, design, implementation, and functional/integration testing
• Strong background in low-level software development and concurrent processing solutions
• Ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DO-178B/C (DAL A preferred)
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience with software architecture design
