Head Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling excellent service behaviors and sales routines.
• Provide exceptional service delivery by resolving complex client issues and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Drive sales and referrals by identifying client needs and presenting appropriate financial products and services.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and regulatory procedures.
• Promote digital engagement by educating clients on utilizing mobile, online, and ATM self-service channels.
• Manage branch lobby leadership, proactively greeting clients and converting service requests into sales opportunities.
• Execute financial transactions accurately, including deposits, payments, and account openings, while maintaining daily drawer balancing.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience with face-to-face customer service and digital engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in basic sales, referrals, and relationship deepening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for 60-70% of the workday to engage clients in the lobby.

• Previous experience in a retail banking environment.

• Proficiency with digital tools and banking technology.
