About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks, including inspections and correspondence with virtual branch support
- Lead and mentor tellers by assigning work and providing technical guidance
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing efficient and friendly customer service
- Perform accurate banking transactions, manage branch cash supply, and maintain the branch vault
- Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure asset security
- Manage client needs and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of client accounts and available products and services
- Assess risk appropriately to safeguard the firm, its clients, and its assets
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Proven money handling experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
