Head, Strategic Initiatives and Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives including growth, expansion, and process redesign
• Represent Enterprise Services leadership in cross-functional meetings and build alignment across departments
• Develop project plans, define scope, set milestones, and coordinate resources
• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and support scalable workflows
• Prepare and synthesize information for executive meetings and board-level reporting
• Track initiative performance and enterprise goal progress using data and metrics
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear owners and measurable outcomes
• Support department planning cycles, including budgeting and business reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or program management
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience with annual planning, goal setting, or board-level reporting
