Head Steward

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the stewarding team to ensure smooth back-of-house operations
• Ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Oversee dishwashing operations and sanitation procedures
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Coordinate with chefs and management to support overall kitchen operations

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Head Steward or Senior Steward
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage a team effectively in a high-volume environment
• Must currently be located in the UAE and ready to join soon
