About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality educational experiences for preschool-aged children by planning and preparing daily and weekly program activities.
  • Engage in responsive, supportive, and respectful adult-child interactions that cater to children's developmental needs and play interests.
  • Establish consistent classroom routines and activities to support a structured learning environment.
  • Design and maintain a warm, nurturing classroom environment that meets NAEYC and NH Child Care Licensing standards.
  • Support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of all children in the program.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with ECE coursework (including Child Growth and Development).
  • Previous experience working in an early childhood classroom setting.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate comfortably to income-eligible families.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel between locations.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from $22.36 to $25.91 per hour, based on education and experience.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week.
