Head Softball Coach

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III softball program within a competitive conference structure
• Lead student-athletes to develop strong team structures, positive experiences, and competitive results
• Ensure full compliance with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules and regulations, including reporting any violations
• Meet recruiting goals as established by the athletic department to build a robust program
• Organize and manage an assistant coaching structure that supports both department and team objectives
• Develop and maintain strong connections with alumnae

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Significant coaching experience at the NCAA or high school level

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Direct experience with NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting
