Responsibilities

• Manage cost-effective and quality-compliant production of Oetiker products
• Develop manufacturing objectives aligned with sales forecasts and inventory requirements
• Ensure timely delivery and build a safe working culture and environment
• Plan and monitor production activities against business plans and corporate directives
• Develop and sustain operation standard systems and implement WCOps
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment, and technology
• Manage personnel through performance appraisals, training, and manpower planning
• Establish business plan objectives including capacity, quality, and resource planning
• Manage annual departmental budgets for capital and expenses

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years of management experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
• Proficiency in APQP and TWI Standard Operation Work Program
• Working knowledge of SAP operational software
• Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Experience in lean manufacturing and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Knowledge of Chinese Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations
• Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
