Head Pilot

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate drone flight operations across domestic and international projects
• Adhere to operational procedures, flight manuals, SOPs, and safety protocols
• Ensure all operational compliance with local aviation regulations and permit requirements
• Conduct operational feasibility for proposed show locations, including site inspections and reporting
• Lead on-site flight operations during rehearsals and live performances
• Manage warehouse operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory records, and shipping documentation

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
• Proven ability to operate under pressure in fast-paced event environments
• Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale drone show operations
• Certified drone pilot qualifications relevant to operating regions
• Background in aviation, aerospace, UAV operations, or live event production
• Proficiency in Spanish
