Head - Partner Network/Authorized Partner (Broking)

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the network of Authorized Partners and Offline Partners to achieve channel targets and drive growth
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and channel effectiveness
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders across the capital markets industry
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Negotiate and close high-value partnerships ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive the development and implementation of effective partner onboarding strategies
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure channel productivity
• Perform research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Conduct timely sales forecasts and present insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• 12-16 years of total work experience
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and develop client relationships
• Ability to understand sales performance and implement improvement measures
• Self-starter with high initiative and confidence to build from scratch
