Head of/Senior Director of FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead the global financial planning process, including full P&L budgeting, reporting, and forecasting/reforecasting.
• Act as a strategic business partner to divisional and commercial leaders to construct budgets and provide analytical support for decision-making (e.g., LTV/CAC, contribution margin).
• Build and maintain the data and systems infrastructure, including queries and databases, to ensure metric integrity.
• Drive efficiency and automation across all FP&A workflows through the adoption of best-in-class tooling and agentic AI.
• Provide high-quality, actionable analytical insights to the CEO, CFO, CRO, and global leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity within a high-growth global business.
• Deep expertise in integrated financial modelling, covering top-line sales efficiency, COGS, and Opex analysis.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing world-class talent.
• Proficiency working with large datasets and SQL.
• Familiarity with using AI/ML tools to automate analysis and simplify queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sector experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience with Pigment or equivalent financial planning software.
