Head of Workforce Integration Strategy

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on labor relations and contractor activities across the Los Angeles region and the U.S.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key labor unions, leadership, and community-based organizations.
• Execute labor relations strategies that support business goals while ensuring compliance with laws and labor agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workforce and labor integrations for Games Time operations.
• Evaluate venue use agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with labor and advocacy group terms.
• Monitor Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
• Provide strategic advice and risk assessment regarding labor relations to the People Management team.
• Develop, draft, and distribute Games Time workforce policies.
• Create workforce training programs for labor partners and contractors.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in labor relations
• At least 3 years in a management role
• Experience navigating collective bargaining agreements and resolving disputes
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of federal and state labor laws, including the NLRA and California regulations
• Proven experience managing complex labor relations in unionized environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
