Head of Women's Apparel UK/EU

Responsibilities

• Drive a high-growth merchandising trajectory to meet ambitious revenue and profitability targets
• Ensure the UK and EU product catalog meets and exceeds customer expectations
• Influence and participate in sourcing strategy to ensure the assortment is locally relevant and margin-optimized
• Set pricing aligned with Quince’s Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and margin goals
• Monitor and analyze sales, margin, and returns data to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Collaborate closely with sourcing, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver on business goals
• Stay current with UK and EU market trends and evolving consumer preferences within the Women's apparel market
• Manage product presentation and assortment planning to align with brand and market strategy

Requirements

• 12+ years of proven experience in merchandising, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong understanding of the UK and EU retail market and consumer behavior
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales, margin, and financial data
• Experience in women's apparel merchandising and leveraging technology to scale strategies
• Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or e-commerce business models
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated success in pricing strategy, margin management, and assortment optimization
