About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define the user lifecycle strategy for Robotics across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, repurchase, and reactivation
  • Own email, SMS, push, in-app, and in-product messaging programs
  • Design the first-30-day Robotics user experience to drive feature adoption
  • Build programs that drive sustained engagement through content and AI-personalized recommendations
  • Design upgrade, accessory, subscription, and cross-sell motions to grow LTV
  • Own the user data model, segmentation, and propensity scoring
  • Operate NPS, CSAT, and Voice-of-User programs
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure post-purchase issues are resolved
  • Embed AI agents and automation across lifecycle programs
  • Build and lead a User Operation team across CRM, lifecycle, data, and program management

Requirements

  • 15+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or user operation leadership for consumer technology, DTC, or subscription businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to move retention and LTV metrics
  • Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable
  • Strong segmentation, cohort, and propensity-modeling literacy
  • Experience leading lifecycle or CRM teams of 10+ people

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating lifecycle programs for high-ASP hardware with physical and software/AI surfaces
  • Background combining CRM lifecycle with in-product engagement design
  • Working knowledge of Greater China lifecycle and private-domain platforms
  • Track record deploying AI agents into production user-operation workflows
