About the Company

A high-growth, globally recognized US-based D2C beauty and wellness brand is building their new digital advertising hub in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and scale the user acquisition function for the Warsaw office
• Define acquisition strategy, build campaign structures, and create the operating playbook
• Own paid acquisition performance with a heavy focus on Meta for the US market
• Relentlessly improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while preserving scale and quality
• Design testing strategies, reporting logic, automation rules, and scaling mechanics
• Partner with data, product, and leadership teams to improve funnel performance
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing UA team as campaigns scale

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling acquisition campaigns on Meta for the US market
• Proven experience with web-to-app or web-to-purchase performance funnels
• Strong command of CAC economics, creative testing, and funnel metrics
• Experience building UA accounts and automation logic from scratch
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in health, wellness, beauty, or consumer subscription businesses
• Experience hiring and growing UA teams
• Exposure to paid channels beyond Meta
