Head of User Acquisition, Robotics

Responsibilities

• Define the Robotics user acquisition strategy and budget, aligning channel mix, CAC targets, and volume forecasts
• Own paid media across search, social, video, programmatic, and connected TV
• Lead organic discovery strategy across Google, YouTube, Apple App Store, and Greater China platforms
• Build partnership and affiliate programs for developer, creator, and smart home ecosystems
• Architect waitlist, reservation, and pre-order programs to maximize conversion
• Embed AI tooling across creative production, audience targeting, and bid management
• Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team across performance, SEO/ASO, partnerships, and analytics

Requirements

• 15+ years in user acquisition or growth marketing
• 5+ years leading multi-channel acquisition teams in consumer tech, smart hardware, or DTC
• Experience scaling annual paid acquisition spend of $20M+
• Deep fluency in attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, and cohort-based LTV/CAC analysis
• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and MMP/attribution tools
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a quantitative discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching high-consideration, high-ASP hardware or robotics products
• Working knowledge of Greater China acquisition platforms and creator ecosystems
• Experience integrating AI tools into a production growth stack
• Background combining B2C and B2B/prosumer acquisition motions
