Xendit provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia and is expanding to Greater China and LATAM. We process payments, power marketplaces, disburse payroll and loans, provide KYC solutions, prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially.

Responsibilities

• Own the Treasury P&L and maximize generated profits
• Optimize funds and costs to generate profit from floats and cross-border movement
• Work with Growth on pricing structures for FX, post-funding, and early settlement
• Engage global banking partners on FX pricing, fees, deposit rates, fund placements and liquidity provisioning
• Determine optimal bank account structures and float allocations across global and local entities
• Forecast liquidity needs for Xendit
• Explore newer financial instruments like stablecoins and work with internal stakeholders to support use cases
• Manage Treasury P&L captures including interest revenue, liquidity arrangements, bank fees, and FX hedging costs
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to operationalize liquidity and build treasury tooling

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Treasury experience
• 3-5 years heading up Treasury in a Fintech or similar industry
• Experience optimizing yields on held funds (interest rate, time deposits etc.)
• Experience managing FX (advising on spreads, hedging FX risk, netting strategies)
• Experience designing and implementing funding and liquidity strategies
• Experience selecting, negotiating with and managing financial partners
• Experience defining technology and tool stacks for Treasury functions
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Experience with stablecoins
• Experience in managing FX risk
• Experience in a fast-moving FinTech startup
