Head of Transport Design

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategy to develop and deliver design transportation activity
• Manage order intake, sales, pipeline, and financial performance
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
• Oversee the identification, preparation, and negotiation of commercial offers and contracts
• Manage, recruit, and develop human resources to meet departmental needs
• Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction of all projects in line with company processes
• Coordinate with other departments within the Egis Group to facilitate knowledge transfer
• Act as an active member of the company management team to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• At least 15 years of proven experience in transportation design (Roads & Rail)
• Experience in project management within an international infrastructure design company
• Prior experience managing teams of more than 10 people
• Experience managing international contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and public procurement laws
• Civil Engineering degree
• Proficiency in recognized design software and Microsoft applications
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
