Head of Transformation

Responsibilities

• Manage the AHNA transformation roadmap, including innovation and digitalization workstreams
• Execute regional initiatives and change management plans, including site development planning
• Partner with operations and shared services to foster US/Canada integration and business unit coordination
• Formulate and execute the regional strategic roadmap to align current and future business states
• Lead strategic market assessments and identify M&A opportunities to support regional growth
• Gather and disseminate competitive intelligence regarding aeronautics and regional market dynamics
• Lead the Transformation team and manage the professional development of direct reports
• Define best practices and performance metrics to drive organization-wide process standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations and/or Business Improvement
• At least 5 years of experience within the Aviation or Aerospace industry
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing complex projects
• In-depth experience in organizational development and strategic planning
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification
• In-depth knowledge of the Airbus Group
