We trade a variety of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy across all major global markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage traders and trading schedules to ensure redundancy, reliability, and business continuity
• Lead all aspects of trading operations with an emphasis on maximizing performance, automation, and process improvement
• Develop and refine operational protocols with researchers, developers, and traders
• Drive the UX/UI team to improve trading UIs and enhance trader workflows
• Maintain systems related to position management, back office, clearing, and exchange relationships
• Define and track KPIs for desk operations such as uptime and incident response times
• Partner with researchers and developers to develop dashboards, automations, and alerting
• Enhance communication and training to standardize processes and foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in financial markets, desk operations, or equivalent leadership roles
• Experience managing automated trading systems, strategies, orders, positions, and risk
• Strong understanding of position management, trade capture, settlement, clearing, and exchange processes
• Proven track record in automation and process optimization
• Ability to design operational controls, incident-management frameworks, and disaster-recovery plans
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including traders, researchers, and developers
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Technical aptitude with data tooling, scripting, and AI tools
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes
