Head of Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Design and own StubHub's global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy and job architecture
• Lead the private-to-public equity transition, including cap table cleanup and SOX-compliant internal controls
• Manage RSU, stock option, and equity refresh grant administration in compliance with SEC reporting
• Oversee executive compensation governance and partner with the Compensation Committee of the Board
• Evaluate and manage global benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement
• Champion the integration of AI tools for benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and employee communications
• Lead pay equity strategies to measure and remediate inequities across demographics

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with 4–5 years in senior leadership
• Deep expertise in public company equity administration (RSUs, stock options, SEC reporting, SOX compliance)
• Proven track record of rebuilding compensation and benefits programs from the ground up
• Experience supporting a Compensation Committee of the Board and managing executive compensation
• Working knowledge of SEC clawback rules, 409A compliance, and equity-related tax filings
• Experience with equity administration platforms such as Morgan Stanley at Work, Carta, or Shareworks
• Experience operating in multi-jurisdiction, global environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, marketplace, or global consumer businesses
• Ability to deploy AI-powered Total Rewards tools and leverage people analytics
