About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise Total Rewards strategy globally, ensuring alignment with business priorities, talent strategy, and shareholder expectations.
- Serve as a senior advisor on executive compensation, partnering with the CEO, CFO, CPO, and Board of Directors on pay philosophy, incentive design, and governance.
- Develop and present Board and Compensation Committee materials, providing market insights and recommendations on complex compensation matters.
- Design and evolve executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans, equity programs, and succession-related strategies.
- Modernize global compensation architecture, overseeing broad-based programs such as salary structures, merit processes, and pay equity strategies.
- Provide strategic leadership for global benefits, well-being, and recognition programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Oversee the global mobility function, including relocation, immigration, and international assignment strategies.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations to ensure rewards strategies are compliant and operationally sound.
Requirements
- Proven executive experience leading Total Rewards within a complex, global, publicly traded company.
- Deep expertise in executive compensation and direct partnership with Boards of Directors and Compensation Committees.
- Demonstrated success presenting to executive leadership teams and Board-level audiences with high credibility and presence.
- Experience leading global compensation, broad-based rewards, benefits, and mobility strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect rewards philosophy to business performance.
- Exceptional analytical capability and the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and modernizing legacy reward programs.
