About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation, design, and implementation of Aon’s Total Rewards (TR) strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Tailor global TR programs to meet regional requirements and ensure alignment with local market trends and legislation.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for leading practices in compensation, benefits, and executive governance.
  • Partner with the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) to benchmark programs and ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Manage regional pay structures and track senior executive compensation.
  • Lead and mentor the regional TR team, providing developmental opportunities and driving annual goal achievement.
  • Act as a senior advisor to Business Leaders, Finance, and HR on regional benefits, policies, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Developed subject matter expertise in total rewards, executive compensation, and governance.
  • Proven experience leading the total rewards function within a large multinational organization.
  • Experience in financial services or professional services is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing diverse talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with precision in a complex, fast-paced environment.
