Responsibilities

• Design and lead a global philosophy covering cash, stock-based compensation, and long-term incentives
• Oversee benefits and wellness programs to ensure competitive and inclusive offerings
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on compensation and incentive design
• Lead annual planning cycles including benchmarking, merit reviews, and bonus planning
• Drive selection and implementation of systems and vendors, including 401(k) and international benefits
• Establish governance frameworks for total rewards programs and decision-making processes
• Own the company’s job architecture and career framework across geographies and functions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading total rewards in high-growth private and public companies
• Experience designing and managing compensation programs for a global workforce
• Strong modeling, analytics, and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of compensation structures (base, bonus, equity) and equity vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday
• Knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance related to compensation and benefits
• Experience with global equity compensation frameworks and international benefits design
