Head of Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a world-class philosophy covering global cash, stock-based compensation, and long-term incentives.
• Oversee benefits and wellness programs to ensure competitive, scalable, and inclusive offerings.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, guiding compensation design across all functions and geographies.
• Lead annual planning cycles, including benchmarking, merit reviews, and bonus planning.
• Drive the selection and implementation of systems and vendors, including 401(k) and international benefits.
• Establish governance frameworks for total rewards, including approval workflows for offers and equity policies.
• Own the company’s job architecture and career framework to ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading total rewards in high-growth private and public companies.
• Proven experience designing and managing compensation programs for a global workforce.
• Strong modeling, analytics, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into insights.
• Deep knowledge of compensation structures (base, bonus, equity) and equity vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday for compensation and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance requirements related to compensation.
• Experience with global equity compensation frameworks and international benefits design.
