Head of Telesales

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple categories including Property, Automotive, Goods, and Jobs
• Deliver revenue and client acquisition targets in line with board-approved objectives
• Manage Team Leads, maintain approved headcount, and drive performance across key metrics such as call volume, order count, and ARPA
• Develop and execute overall commercial strategies and sales targets for the telesales function
• Recruit, train, and provide coaching and feedback to telesales representatives
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report on anomalies
• Suggest business requirements for CRM tech development and oversee the development process
• Manage client complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor region-wise Profit/Loss and suggest strategic improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Call Centres, Telesales, or Field Sales
• 2-3 years of experience in people management roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Egypt property, autos, jobs, and goods markets
• Expertise in CRM systems and various telesales tools
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
