Head of Technology and Product

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 2–3 year product and technology strategy for WeloData, aligning with corporate goals.
• Build and scale platform foundations, focusing on release quality, monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Direct the architecture and delivery of scalable data platforms, AI/ML capabilities, and automation solutions.
• Lead and mentor a global, multi-disciplinary team of engineering, data, and product professionals.
• Partner with executive leadership and clients to co-create solutions that drive operational impact and customer success.
• Manage technology investments through effective budgeting, vendor partnerships, and P&L responsibility.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to maintain industry leadership in the AI training data space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy and product development, specifically within data, AI/ML, or SaaS domains.
• Proven track record of scaling data platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-year technology roadmaps at an enterprise level.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L for technology investments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external clients.
