Head of Technical Site Management

Responsibilities

• Establish an efficient asset management framework and oversee the site maintenance budget to optimize plant availability.
• Take full accountability for the reliability and operational integrity of all site assets and develop comprehensive reliability strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of process technologies to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost competitiveness.
• Champion a strong HSE culture, ensuring full compliance with Thai industrial safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Lead the adoption of digital tools and Industry 4.0 technologies, including predictive maintenance and data-driven reliability management.
• Contribute to site-level sustainability targets, including energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical organization through talent identification and capability building.
• Develop strong working relationships with site leadership, corporate functions, and external vendors.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of in-depth experience in plant maintenance and/or plant operations within a chemical, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years of team-leading experience in plant operations or maintenance, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Profound knowledge of asset reliability principles, engineering standards, and technical best practices.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and operations processes and digital maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of Thai industrial regulations and international engineering standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent senior leadership qualifications.
• International or multi-site management experience.
• Previous experience working within a Thai organization.
