Responsibilities
- Build a global hiring strategy to scale R&D teams
- Partner with executive leadership and People Team leaders to align hiring with business objectives
- Define, design, and iterate on a Talent Acquisition roadmap
- Leverage data to identify trends, pain points, and drivers of TA performance
- Set ambitious goals for the team and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert for R&D functions while driving diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate on global recruiting, headcount planning, and resource allocation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- 5+ years of management experience leading Technical recruiting teams
- Proven track record partnering with R&D leaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to drive organizational change and inspire recruiting accountability
- Curiosity regarding AI tools and emerging technologies
