Responsibilities

  • Build a global hiring strategy to scale R&D teams

  • Define, design, and iterate on a Talent Acquisition roadmap
  • Leverage data to identify trends, pain points, and drivers of TA performance
  • Set ambitious goals for the team and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for R&D functions while driving diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate on global recruiting, headcount planning, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 5+ years of management experience leading Technical recruiting teams
  • Proven track record partnering with R&D leaders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to drive organizational change and inspire recruiting accountability
  • Curiosity regarding AI tools and emerging technologies
