Head of Technical Product, Core Banking Integrations

Responsibilities

• Design the blueprint for a Standardized Integration Layer to connect with legacy cores like FIS ALS, Hogan, and Jack Henry
• Build logic for Automated Money Movement and General Ledger (GL) Synchronization
• Develop a library of reusable data schemas and API wrappers to map legacy bank data
• Design a Reconciliation Engine to validate file handoffs between internal systems and bank data lakes
• Act as the technical bridge between Engineering teams and Bank IT teams
• Conduct technical discovery with lender clients to identify system gaps and provide solution blueprints
• Design automated workflows for lending lifecycle events including account buybacks and charge-offs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in personal loan lending
• Direct experience integrating with FIS ALS, Fiserv, or Hogan large bank systems
• Expert knowledge of ETL patterns, API Gateway design, and Message Queuing
• Deep understanding of Servicing for Others (SFO), Investor Reporting, and General Ledger movement
• Proven track record of building abstracted layers over legacy or hard-coded environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subservicing models
• Exposure to loan sales, secondary markets, or loan transfers
• Experience designing reconciliation across disparate systems
• Hands-on experience with data mapping and reporting layers
• Background in platform, infrastructure, or system implementation roles
