Head of Technical Onboarding, Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Integration team of 8 people through structured coaching and goal setting
• Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with a focus on automation, scalability, and quality
• Use KPIs, business reviews, and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives
• Own the high-level seller onboarding experience (NPS) and prioritize initiatives that drive business value
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve end-to-end processes

Requirements

• Several years of team leadership experience within a marketplace or platform business
• Strong understanding of technical integrations and operational scaling
• Proven ability in data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
