Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and implementation of talent programs including succession management, talent movement, and talent architecture
  • Lead talent calibration tools, succession plans, and targeted development plans for high potential talent
  • Leverage analytics to measure the impact of talent actions
  • Create and update policies regarding talent movement
  • Develop curriculum and development strategies to support organizational goals
  • Collaborate with People Operation and Analytics to implement performance management cycles
  • Manage regular updates of the company’s organizational structure and job descriptions
  • Collaborate with People Journey to develop and process Employee Engagement Surveys

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimal 10+ years of progressive HR/talent experience
  • 3–5+ years in a senior or strategic leadership role
  • Proven success in leading talent management or organizational development at scale
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in talent analytics and organizational design
  • Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders
