We are strengthening the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 leaders yearly from more than 15 countries. We are part of United Media, which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talents
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes
• Improve the onboarding process in close collaboration with management

Requirements

• Proven work experience with outstanding performance
• Valid UK work permit
• Deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals ranging from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of urgency and work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in HR, marketing, or sales is welcome but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
