Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent team
• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies across technical and business functions
• Partner with founders and leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategies with business goals
• Establish recruiting processes and best practices to ensure consistency and an outstanding candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand reflecting Range’s mission and culture
• Use recruiting metrics and data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
• Represent Range externally as a thought leader and ambassador to top talent

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• 5+ years leading and developing recruiting teams
• Proven success scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
• Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes, tools, and systems
• Strong strategic mindset with a willingness to execute hands-on
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a venture-backed startup environment
