Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. We unify customer processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the recruiting engine, including systems, processes, and standards
• Own intake discipline, scorecards, SLAs, evaluation rubrics, and ATS hygiene
• Personally close marquee technical and leadership hires
• Protect the company's quality bar across all functions and levels
• Build engineering top-of-funnel and employer brand from zero
• Manage and develop the existing recruiting team

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years in talent acquisition or recruiting at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience as a founding or early talent hire at a venture-backed startup (under 100 people)
• Proven track record of building or evolving a recruiting function from scratch
• Experience hiring across technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, ops, CS) roles
• Experience managing and developing a recruiting team
• Experience building employer brand and inbound pipelines
• Tech-forward with fluency in modern AI-enabled recruiting tooling
• Must be based in NYC and able to work in-office 5 days/week

Benefits

• Base salary: $225,000 - $275,000
