We’ve raised $85M through our Series B from legendary investors including Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital. Our founders are industry veterans who previously led companies like Brex, Apollo, and Clari.
Responsibilities
- Build Monaco’s employer brand to attract exceptional operators
- Own end-to-end talent strategy and partner with leadership on org design and hiring priorities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles
- Build scalable, fast-paced, and high-bar recruiting processes
- Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing talent team
- Define and track key talent metrics to drive data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Approximately 15 years of talent experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing a talent team
- Proven track record scaling talent functions in high-growth startups
- Hands-on experience closing difficult technical and executive roles
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and data-driven recruiting
- Deep understanding of compensation, equity, and total rewards in tech markets
- Builder mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
