Dedale is a strategic intelligence provider in the technology space. With a team of over 100 research analysts and a network of 10,000 professionals, Dedale delivers on-the-ground intelligence to investors and corporates, focusing on North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, growth, and P&L of the new Talent Intelligence practice
• Build and animate the team, setting the culture and ways of working
• Launch the practice around Senior Advisor sourcing and expand into Board Placement and Executive Search
• Manage high-quality delivery across all active mandates
• Partner with Sales teams to expand the mandate pipeline and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Represent Talent Intelligence capabilities in client conversations with PE Partners and fund managing directors
• Contribute to building the people intelligence data layer within the Dedale platform

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in advisory sourcing, executive search, or talent intelligence
• Proven experience engaging C-level executives, board members, and senior leaders
• Track record of running mandates end-to-end and managing client relationships independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience owning a P&L and revenue targets
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Structured, data-literate, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a strong plus
