Head of Talent Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead talent and succession planning for leadership roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to build robust pipelines for critical positions.
• Define and execute a learning and development strategy focused on technical and leadership capabilities.
• Drive Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives to improve recruitment and retention across the organization.
• Manage the resourcing and learning budget, including the oversight of recruitment agencies and talent suppliers.
• Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and talent needs assessments to anticipate future hiring requirements.
• Design and deliver a seamless, digital onboarding journey and manage the performance management cycle.

Requirements

• Proven senior strategic leadership experience in a talent or management development role.
• Extensive expertise in implementing leadership development strategies and succession planning frameworks.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior executives and committees.
• Demonstrated success in people management and leading high-performing specialist teams.
• Proficiency in resource management, budgeting, and supplier/vendor management.
• Experience with vetting standards, contracts, and managing day-rate contractors.
• A transformational mindset with the ability to drive action and deliver impact at pace.
