About the Company

American Terawatt is building a new industrial electric grid for the United States. We design and deploy advanced power transmission systems, serving large industrial loads, hundreds of megawatts at a time, from frontier AI datacenters to highly automated manufacturing, refineries, and mines.

Responsibilities

• Establish, operate, and improve the recruiting process
• Manage the interview process hands-on to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Quantitatively evaluate the talent pipeline across all teams
• Contribute to hiring planning and identify pipeline issues
• Work with external recruiters to accelerate hiring and evaluate ROI
• Support candidate onboarding and orientation to uphold company culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, industrial production, energy, or relevant sectors
• Experience creating talent teams and processes from scratch
• Experience managing recruiting pipelines hands-on with quantitative evaluation
• Demonstrated success recruiting for difficult-to-fill or unique roles at various seniority levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience recruiting for new teams from scratch
• Experience recruiting specifically for the energy or electric power industries
