We are part of United Media, which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and assessment planning
• Create interview scripts and conduct interviews
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talents
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes
• Improve the onboarding process in close collaboration with management

Requirements

• Proven work experience with outstanding performance
• Valid UK work permit
• Deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of urgency and work ethic
