About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and develop the Talent Acquisition function with a focus on systematic, efficient, and scalable processes
- Manage the recruiting team (currently 5 recruiters, with plans for expansion)
- Develop and implement unified standards for candidate search, assessment, and hiring
- Optimize and automate recruitment processes, including ATS/CRM implementation and analytical tools
- Build effective sourcing strategies and candidate attraction channels
- Manage recruitment for both mass and niche/expert roles
- Develop international recruitment and attract foreign specialists
- Formulate and develop the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Build an academic recruitment system for teaching and scientific staff
- Implement HR analytics and regular reporting (Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Candidate Experience, Cost per Hire)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and department heads to define hiring needs
Requirements
- Experience managing a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function
- Experience building or transforming recruitment processes
- Understanding of modern recruitment automation tools (ATS/CRM, analytical platforms)
- Experience managing high volumes of vacancies and rapid hiring rates
- Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and reporting
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international recruitment
- Experience in the education, science, or related sectors
