Head of Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce priorities
• Partner with leadership on hiring plans, workforce forecasting, and organizational scaling
• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for leadership, corporate, operational, and specialized roles
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across key regional markets
• Strengthen Flow’s employer brand and market positioning as an employer of choice
• Oversee ATS management, recruiting workflows, reporting, and process optimization
• Support compliance with local labor laws, including Saudization and Emiratisation requirements
• Build, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team while establishing scalable operating procedures

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles in high-growth multinational organizations
• Proven experience scaling recruiting functions in startup or scale-up environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and hiring practices across the MENA region
• Experience supporting Saudization and Emiratisation initiatives
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using recruiting metrics to drive performance
