A11 is a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how global industries source, distribute, and finance materials. Using agentic AI and workflow automation, the platform optimizes procurement for thousands of businesses. The company has a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe, China, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Design a global talent engine for acquisition and retention across Germany, Europe, and Asia
  • Lead, coach, and set targets for the recruiting team
  • Partner with leadership to translate hiring demand into workforce plans and org design
  • Utilize analytics and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency
  • Elevate employer branding to attract world-class talent
  • Define metrics and systems to embed a performance-driven culture
  • Ensure fair and legally sound global hiring practices
  • Champion an office-only culture with five days a week presence in the Berlin HQ

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent leadership, ideally in high-growth B2B tech or tech-enabled operations
  • Proven track record of scaling teams from 100 to 200+ employees
  • Deep understanding of ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse) and AI-assisted hiring tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel analytics and talent forecasting
  • Experience building international teams and working with C-level executives
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Berlin
