Head of Systems Implementation – Pricing & Market Access (NAVLIN)

Responsibilities

• Lead the NAVLIN Market Access & Pricing Systems Implementation Services practice
• Collaborate with customers to define price and access challenges and solutions
• Work with software and data product teams to adapt products to emerging customer needs
• Lead global solution and consulting projects to optimize client price and access decisions
• Manage profit/loss, revenue, and practice growth targets
• Develop innovative models for market engagement using AI and machine learning
• Oversee department operations and build high-performing global teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10+ years of experience in price and access with a major systems implementation consulting firm
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience implementing life sciences price & access software (e.g., NAVLIN, ModelN, Access Infinity, Pricia, or Inpharmation)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Advanced Degree in Economics, Health Policy, or a related field
• Experience with both a major systems integration consulting firm and a Life Sciences manufacturer
• Data analytics certifications
• Experience delivering advanced business intelligence visualizations and financial systems integration
